How to get more telephone verified accounts for Craigslist
Not long, ago in an effort to eliminate spam, craigslist dumped a number of telephone verified accounts forcing the owners of the accounts to go back into their records and verified again all of their accounts. This was quite an ordeal for some of the advertisers in Craigslist since a lot of them did not have those records any more and as a result they had to find new numbers to create new accounts in Craigslist. Most of them found a way to create new phone verified CL accounts and that was by using street pay phones. The reality is that some pay phones were already taken by other advertisers but apparently there are still many untouched pay phones which people are using to create new verifies accounts for Craigslist. So far most of Craigslist advertisers have been able to survive but I fear that one day Craigslist might decide to make it harder by either charging fir posting ads on their listings or even worse; tracking the IP addresses and making sure they belong to the area.Go Back
